This policy explains how Maxime Leclair, operating as Groupe Nordis (NEQ 2281804528), operating groupenordis.com and the Nordis brand and website, collects, uses, discloses and protects personal information under Quebec private-sector privacy law, as amended by Law 25.
We present Quebec homeowners with companies suited to their projects and compare the offers those companies submit. Several companies may be presented, depending on the journey, and you book the slot you want yourself. We are a referral and marketing intermediary and do not perform the work. A company receiving the project file may pay Groupe Nordis for the comparison and booking service; we do not sell personal information. We share contact details and relevant project information with a company only with your consent. Each additional disclosure requires separate confirmation.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive information or information about minors.
We request free, informed and purpose-specific consent at collection. Consent needed to process your request is separate from optional marketing consent. Each additional disclosure to a proposed company requires separate confirmation. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to confidentialite@groupenordis.com. Withdrawal is not retroactive and may prevent us from continuing to provide the service.
We do not sell personal information. The comparison and booking service may, however, be billed to a company receiving your project file. We disclose information only to each company you ask us to contact with your consent, service providers acting for us (hosting/database, telephony and call tracking, payment processing, web analytics and advertising platforms), and authorities when required by law. We limit provider access to what is needed for their services and govern it as required.
Some providers may store or process information outside Quebec, including in the United States. Where a transfer outside Quebec requires it, we conduct a privacy impact assessment and put required measures in place before the transfer.
We may use the information you provide to classify a request automatically and determine how it is routed. These tools do not guarantee a match or outcome. You may ask about the main factors used and submit observations to a person able to review the decision by contacting the Privacy Officer.
We use cookies and similar technology, such as the Meta pixel, to operate the site, measure audiences and assess advertising. Technologies that identify, locate or profile you are disabled by default and activated only with your consent, which you may withdraw through the cookie-management banner or browser settings. We retain information only as long as necessary for stated purposes or legal obligations. When it is no longer needed, it must be destroyed or anonymized in accordance with applicable requirements. You may ask the Privacy Officer about the retention period applicable to your information.
We use reasonable technical, physical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information to protect it against loss, theft and unauthorized access.
Subject to law, you may access and correct your information, withdraw consent, and request cessation of dissemination, de-indexing or portability where applicable. Write to the Privacy Officer; we respond within 30 days.
