This policy explains how Maxime Leclair, operating as Groupe Nordis (NEQ 2281804528), operating groupenordis.com and the Ma Thermopompe brand and website, collects, uses, discloses and protects personal information under Quebec private-sector privacy law, as amended by Law 25.
We connect Quebec homeowners with RBQ-licensed contractors. We are a referral and marketing intermediary and do not perform the work. By submitting a request, you consent to disclosure to partner contractors selected for your project.

Depending on your interaction, we may collect:
We do not knowingly collect sensitive information or information about minors.
We obtain free, informed and specific consent at collection. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to the Privacy Officer. Withdrawal is not retroactive and may prevent us from continuing to provide the service.
We do not sell personal information. We disclose it only to selected RBQ partner contractors, service providers acting for us (hosting/database, telephony and call tracking, payment processing, web analytics and advertising platforms), and authorities when required by law. Providers may use it only to provide their services under written agreements.
Some providers may store or process information outside Quebec, including in the United States. Before such a transfer, we carry out a privacy impact assessment and govern it by written agreement.
We use cookies and similar technology, such as the Meta pixel, to operate the site, measure audiences and assess advertising. Technologies that identify, locate or profile you are disabled by default and activated only with your consent, which you may withdraw through the cookie-management banner or browser settings. We retain information only as long as necessary for stated purposes or legal obligations, then securely destroy or anonymize it. A detailed retention schedule is available on request.
We use reasonable technical, physical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information to protect it against loss, theft and unauthorized access.
Subject to law, you may access and correct your information, withdraw consent, and request cessation of dissemination, de-indexing or portability where applicable. Write to the Privacy Officer; we respond within 30 days.
