How to find more construction and renovation clients

Before looking for fifty new clients, look at what happened to the last ten requests your construction business received.

01

Start with the last ten requests

Take the last ten people who called or wrote to you. How many received a same-day callback? How many got a visit? How many received a quote? Those answers reveal the actual bottleneck.

If requests wait two days for a callback, buying more traffic fixes nothing. Simple, fast and consistent follow-up is often worth more than a new campaign.

02

Choose a channel you can actually follow up on

Referrals, local SEO, Google Ads and Facebook can all bring requests. No channel is magic; each requires budget, content or time to manage.

A lead provider can make sense when you would rather put your energy into calls, visits and quotes than daily media buying.

03

Give the prospect a precise next step

Do not end a call with “we will talk soon.” Confirm the need, service area and timeline, then offer a visit time or a specific next call. It is basic, but it is how a request turns into a quote.

Groupe Nordis currently provides heat-pump requests. Renovation, foundation and drainage verticals are being prepared and are not yet available.
