These Terms govern access to and use of Ma Thermopompe, operated by Maxime Leclair, operating as Groupe Nordis (NEQ 2281804528). By accessing the site or submitting a request, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Ma Thermopompe is a referral and matchmaking service connecting Quebec homeowners with contractors licensed by the Régie du bâtiment du Québec (RBQ). We do not perform work, sell or install equipment, or act as a contractor, rebate broker or government representative.
The calculator and displayed amounts are informational only, based on public information available at the time. They are not an offer, promise or guarantee of eligibility or payment. Third parties administer programs and may change or end them at any time; only the responsible organization determines actual eligibility.
Partner contractors are independent third parties. Contracts, quotes, prices, schedules, warranties and work performance are exclusively between you and the contractor you choose. We are not a party to that contract and do not guarantee contractor quality, availability, pricing or performance. Verify RBQ licensing before contracting.
By submitting a request, you consent to use and disclosure of your information to one or more licensed contractors so they may contact you about your project, as described in our Privacy Policy. You may withdraw consent by writing to info@groupenordis.com.
By giving us your contact details, you agree to email, telephone or text communications about your request. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications; communications necessary to process your request may remain necessary.
Site content, including Ma Thermopompe and Groupe Nordis marks, text, visuals, calculator and code, is protected and remains the property of the operator or its licensors. No licence is granted other than personal, non-commercial use.
The site and estimates are provided “as is”, without warranty. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages from using the site, estimates or work performed by a contractor. This does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including under Quebec consumer-protection law.
You agree to indemnify the operator against claims arising from breach of these Terms or inaccurate information you supplied.
We may modify the site or these Terms at any time. The current version is posted here with a new effective date; continued use constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by laws applicable in Quebec. Disputes fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of courts of the judicial district of Terrebonne, Quebec, subject to rights granted to consumers by law.
