These Terms govern use of Nordis, operated by Maxime Leclair, operating as Groupe Nordis (NEQ 2281804528), and any comparison or booking request. Consent to processing and disclosure of personal information is requested separately in the form, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Nordis is a comparison and direct-booking service presenting Quebec homeowners with companies suited to their projects. We collect your project details, show you the offers companies submit side by side, and let you book a visit directly in the calendar of the company you choose. Several companies may be presented. We do not perform work, sell or install equipment, or act as a contractor, rebate broker or government representative. A company receiving a project file may pay Groupe Nordis for the referral service; that compensation is not a sale of your personal information.
The calculator and displayed amounts are informational only, based on public information available at the time. They are not an offer, promise or guarantee of eligibility or payment. Third parties administer programs and may change or end them at any time; only the responsible organization determines actual eligibility.
Each company shown in a comparison is an independent third party. We present the offers submitted for your project side by side for information purposes, to help you compare. Contracts, quotes, prices, schedules, warranties and work performance are exclusively between you and the contractor you choose. We are not a party to that contract and do not guarantee contractor quality, availability, pricing or performance. Verify RBQ licensing before contracting.
Booking a slot reserves a date and time for an appointment or assessment visit directly with the company of your choice. It is not a work contract, an order, a commitment by the company to perform work, or a commitment by you to order it. The terms, price and conditions of a visit or of work are those you agree directly with the chosen company. You may cancel a booked slot according to the instructions shown in your project file.
When you give the consent requested in the form, your information may be used and disclosed to the company you ask us to contact about your project. Each additional disclosure requires separate confirmation, as described in our Privacy Policy. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to confidentialite@groupenordis.com.
With the appropriate consent, we or the selected partner may contact you by email, telephone or text about your request. Marketing communications are optional and may be withdrawn at any time. Communications needed to process your request may remain necessary.
Site content, including Nordis and Groupe Nordis marks, text, visuals, calculator and code, is protected and remains the property of the operator or its licensors. No licence is granted other than personal, non-commercial use.
The site and estimates are provided “as is”, without warranty. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages from using the site, estimates or work performed by a contractor. This does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including under Quebec consumer-protection law.
You agree to indemnify the operator against claims arising from breach of these Terms or inaccurate information you supplied.
We may modify the site or these Terms at any time. The current version is posted here with a new effective date. New requests are handled under the version then posted, subject to rights granted by law.
These Terms are governed by laws applicable in Quebec. Disputes fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of courts of the judicial district of Terrebonne, Quebec, subject to rights granted to consumers by law.
