Why I created Groupe Nordis.
I created Groupe Nordis around one simple conviction: a useful introduction should help a contractor decide quickly, without pretending the contract is already won.
From Blainville, I am first building a small heat-pump network on the North Shore. Nordis collects the context provided, verifies network access, and organizes the introduction. Your team remains responsible for follow-up, the site visit, and its own quote.

How does the pilot work?
Groupe Nordis is currently validating a small heat-pump pilot on the North Shore. After confirming your RBQ licence, area and follow-up capacity, the terms and credit price are agreed with you before any request is sent. No subscription.
Is this a marketing agency or a long-term commitment?
No. We do not sell Facebook Ads or Google Ads campaign management. The pilot sends local requests you handle through your own sales process, using prepaid credits only when the offer is open in your area.
Are the leads exclusive?
Each request goes to one selected partner for its region. Applicable terms are confirmed before any request is sent.
Do I need an RBQ licence?
Yes. We verify your licence in the RBQ public registry before routing a single lead. It's non-negotiable: it's what protects the quality of the network.
What exactly do I receive?
The homeowner's contact details and their project specifics: heating type, area, approximate budget and target timeline. For heat-pump and HVAC leads, it is enough to prepare a quote before you even pick up the phone.
How do I manage my leads?
In your partner portal: credit balance, purchase history, CSV export and the status of each lead. All in one place.
